Redefining traditional perceptions of feminine footwear, shoe designer Flint has stepped onto the New York fashion scene with a bang, becoming a favourite of celebrities like Kate Hudson, Heidi Klum, Blake Lively and Alexa Chung.

Raised in rural Massachusetts, the 27 year old studied at Ars Sutoria School in Italy to hone the technical side of shoe-making before launching her eponymous label in 2013, keen to offer chic yet comfortable designs. Flint has become known for elegantly crafted kitten heels, flats and mid-heels, now carried at retail giants like Barneys and Moda Operandi, and soon at foreign retailers like Barneys Japan and The September in Canada. The young designer also recently launched her first Resort shoe collection which includes Liberty printed espadrilles and bags, marking her expansion into accessories and setting her on the path of further success.
